Tahoe 120 (“we”, “us”) operates this website. This policy explains what we collect when you visit it, which is very little.

Who operates this site

Tahoe 120, a nonprofit in formation with 501(c)(3) status pending, based in Incline Village, Nevada, United States. You can reach us at hello@tahoe120.com.

What we collect

This website has no forms, no accounts, no payments, no analytics and no advertising. We do not set cookies, and nothing on the page stores information in your browser.

As with any website, our hosting provider automatically records standard server request information — your IP address, the page requested, your browser's user-agent string, and a timestamp. This happens for every site on the internet and is used to serve the page and to protect against abuse.

Who else receives data

We do not sell, rent or share personal information. There are no third-party scripts, trackers, embeds, pixels or fonts loaded from other domains.

How long we keep it

Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a short period under their standard retention policy. Emails you send us are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our records.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, or to object to how we use it. This includes residents of California (CCPA/CPRA) and of the European Economic Area and United Kingdom (GDPR and UK GDPR). To make a request, email hello@tahoe120.com.

Because we hold almost nothing about visitors, most requests we can answer simply by confirming that we hold no record of you.

Children

This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
